Example 1 - Find the right audience

Choosing your niche is mission critical. It allows you to concentrate your messaging, your marketing, and your solutions around a specific outcome, a specific method, and a specific group of people. We look at the Who, the What and the How. Who are you passionate about serving? What outcome are you passionate about delivering? And what method (the How) are you passionate about using to get them there?

Example 2 - Choose your lead generation strategies 

There are many different ways to generate leads. We look at what makes the most sense for you and your audience. You don't want to be constantly distracted by the "new big thing" in lead generation. It is about being focused and true to yourself by choosing those strategies that fit you best and grow your audience - and your clients - the fastest.

Example 4 - Establish your sales framework

Once you determine where and how you will get your leads, you have to decide how you will get them to convert to paying clients. How do you make the initial contact? What is your call-to-action? When do you invite them to a discovery call (if at all)? Perhaps you are selling offers where you don't need a discovery call. The key here is to design the framework so you know how many leads you need, how often to reach out, and what process you will use to take them through your "funnel".

Example 5 - Create Your Program

Maybe you know how you want to help people and serve your clients, but you are tying to create your program, or write your book. We can brainstorm together to come up with the perfect outline, module names, etc. Once you have the blueprint in front of you, the content will practically write itself!

So what is a Client Results Framework, anyway? It is the very system or process that will become everything to your business and launch you forward! You will use it to attract clients, guide your marketing, and position you to be the go-to expert in your niche! This way not only will it be easier to convert prospects to clients, but you will be able to offer higher ticket items as well. This will help you offer solutions as well as sell to your tribe without feeling guilty or "sales-y".

Example 8 - Implement your technology and tools

Technology is the support, not the solution. But it is a tool that you can leverage to get more done with less effort. We will help you determine which tools and which tech (including software) that you need, which you don't, when you should upgrade and when to use the free version. You want your prospects to become clients by giving you their credit card information, or booking a discovery session with you. With a little effort you can literally connect just a few pieces of technology and automate the process so you can be making sales while you sleep!
