The marketing funnel is nothing more than the pathway or journey you want your prospect to go through to become a client. We start by offering a lead magnet in return for their email so you can follow up with them. You will nurture them through your email system and eventually send them to a sales page or invoice them when they sign on as a client. Step 1 - We create your lead magnet

If you have the content ready to go, then great! We will format it into a lead magnet. If not? Then we will work with you and provide a worksheet to get the content we need from you, so we can produce your lead magnet and supply the raw file, the PDF, and the 3D cover image.

Step 2 - We Design Your Landing & Thank You Page

We provide you with Thrive Theme Builder* for one full year, and build your landing page and thank you page. This will house your lead magnet image and allow you to collect emails from leads, build your list, participate in giveaways, and more.

Step 3 - We Setup Your Autoresponder 

The autoresponder is the backbone of your business. It is the database that collects emails, and allows you to send emails to your whole list - or a segment of the list. This is how you nurture your list to build trust, as well as make offers to them, such as your coaching, your courses, or affiliate offers from partners. We provide one full year of ActiveCampaign* and create your first two follow up emails in your funnel automation.

Step 4 - We create your Summary Sales Page

At some point you may need to send prospects to a sales page. We create a summary sales page that explains the benefit(s) of your offer and what they can expect. This will allow them to then click through to give you their credit card payment, or click through to book a discovery call/session with you so you can explain your program and make the sale.

Lead Generation is fundamental to any business, especially coaching. You have to find "leads" or prospective clients somewhere. It starts with finding the right audience, through various lead generation strategies, including with the right partners or referrals. Then you build your following and nurture them so they know, like, and trust you.

Step 5 - We connect your technology pieces

It is one thing to figure out what your technology needs are. It is another thing to get them each to work. And it is quite another to get them to work together.We make sure that your landing page collects emails and is connected with the autoresponder and that your sales page is connected to your shopping cart and the shopping cart is connected to both your membership site (or course management system) as well as your autoresponder. Overall, you have one complete system that simply works to build your list, make sales, collect money, and deliver your programs. We will also host your evergreen webinar for 12 months at no charge, if you choose to create one.

Step 6 - We show you how to use the autoresponder

After we get your autoresponder setup, we will also provide detailed video instructions (and a one-on-one session) to make sure you are capable of expanding your autoresponder to add more nurture emails and send your sales campaigns to your list.

Step 7 - We provide you with access to JV partners 

We include one full year in JV Directory*, which, among other benefits, gives you access to monthly networking events as well as access to search for partners in a partner database... and include your own information so others who are seeking affiliates and JV partners can find you. You can search for email partners, affiliates, stages and podcasters looking for speakers, and more.

Step 8 - We provide list-building ideas

We can guide you to stages, giveaways, and more who are looking for coaches and course creators just like you to work together and help each other build your lists. Since you will have your funnel setup with a lead magnet, you will be ready to join giveaways and summits immediately.

Client Conversion is all about turning some of your leads into paying clients. You can market to your list by utilizing your autoresponder system, sending leads to your webinar or sales page, collecting money and ultimately delivering your program.

Step 9 - We provide swipe copy emails

You will be provided with some swipe copy emails (emails that have been used in the past that you can use as a template) for JV partners as well as sales campaigns for your own list. The swipe copy will make it easier for you to make sales to your list and be Joint Venture ready to have others sell your programs for you.

Step 10 - We setup your online calendar system

Whether you plan to use your online calendar just for booking coaching sessions or also for sales calls, we will provide the calendar* and set it up for you so that it connects to your Google calendar and communicates two-ways. That means when you block something off on your personal or work calendar, it also blocks it off on your coaching calendar so you won't ever be double-booked! Plus, if you have a Zoom account, we will connect the calendar to Zoom so when a client books an appointment, it automatically sets up a Zoom meeting and includes the Zoom link in the calendar invite and the appointment reminders. This will drastically reduce the number of missed appointments by clients and prospects.
